Stress is always part of life, but the last few years have been unusually stressful. Stress-Free ’23 is a collection of small steps that lead to good practices for better health, stress-management, and living life to the fullest. Each month, I’ll email a new challenge; one step toward the development of a beneficial habit. Generally speaking, it takes us approximately 3-months or more to develop a good habit, and habits make changes easier to stick to.
Funny how it doesn’t seem to take much time at all to develop bad ones. I’ve developed good and bad habits over the years, and finding the right tribe to share this journey makes things much easier, or at least more fun.
